Big congrats to Karen Dunmall for her 2017 Liber Ero Fellowship Award. Karen's research will focus on predicting and monitoring aquatic biodiversity shifts in the Arctic, with a focus on using spatial genetics and eDNA to track distributional shifts in aquatic species. She's assembled a big mentorship team comprised of academics and managers for what will be some very cool work. She'll start once her PhD thesis is wrapped up.
